Beijing - a Snowy Corner
(2017)

This is a study from the window of the Kempinski Hotel in Beijing 2012 after an unexpected and heavy early snow storm. There was some suggestion that it was the result of a cloud seeding exercise carried out because Beijing was wracked by drought. It produced a silent morning before the snow clearing machinery could be mobilised to clear the way for the normal bumper to bumper traffic.
