Twilight Jonquils – brown and blue (2022)

These jonquils were on the edge of the light and arranged against a blue and brown patterned curtain. It was an immensely difficult painting but a great pleasure. It rewards quiet contemplation. It is a quiet favourite in The Magic of Light among so many richly coloured neighbours.
