Naples Fishing Boats (2017)

From our hotel balcony we looked down at the gentrified remains of an old fishing village nestled under the walls of the Castel dell’Ovo. Again it was a rainy night with lights reflecting off the cobbles as well as the harbour water. Each morning we still saw fisher folk out scouring the bay mainly for vongole, octopus and squid – not sure how many fin-fish were actually left.
