Wen Ji Bao (2012)

Wen Ji Bao met with the Council once a year for several hours. He responded to our reports and suggestions without briefs, lucidly and calmly. He is clearly deeply concerned about loss of environmental quality, climate change and corruption among those who are charged with implementing environmental regulation.
